The LINDY USB 2.0 Active Extension Pro Cable can be used as the final segment in a long distance USB installation using the LINDY USB 2.0 Active Extension System Pro.

The hub works in combination with the LINDY 8m Active Extension Cable Pro and 12m Active Extension Cable Pro to create a USB 2.0 connection spanning up to 56m with 4 USB 2.0 ports at the remote end. See below for more details on system installations.

Installation

To install a USB 2.0 Active Extension System Pro is simple. Start with an 8m Active Extension Cable Pro. Then use up to 4 additional 8m or 12m Active Extension Cables to extend your device further. If you wish to add extra USB ports or to connect a bus powered USB device, use either a 8m or this 12m 4 Port Extension Hub kit as the final segment . The picture below is an example of a typical set-up.
