European Sales Manager

These are very exciting times for the Lindy group. Due to a sustained period of worldwide growth, we are pleased to be recruiting for the new position of European Sales Manager.

This is a challenging and rewarding role in a value driven company. You will be an important link between the Managing Directors and sales teams in multiple European countries. You will have the opportunity to drive Lindy forward and influence the future direction of the company.

We are looking for someone with drive, passion, tenacity and a proven track record of international sales success and business development.

You should be an inspiring and confident leader with extensive experience in managing and motivating teams in a global environment.

Reporting to the Managing Directors, the European Sales Manager will be based out of one of Lindy’s offices in Germany, France, Italy or the United Kingdom. You will work closely with the Sales Teams in each of our European markets (Germany, France, Italy, Austria, Switzerland, the UK & Ireland).

Your role will be to increase European sales, develop existing customers and identify new opportunities. You will harmonise processes, encourage co-operation and organize the different European sales teams for maximum results. You will work closely with Lindy Global Product Management and Marketing departments and you will also be leader to the European Key Account Manager and European Sales Analyst.

You will be a critically important part of the Lindy management team and key to the company’s continued growth.

European Key Account Manager

These are very exciting times for the Lindy group. Due to a sustained period of worldwide growth, we are pleased to be recruiting for the new position of European Key Account Manager. This is a challenging and rewarding role in a value driven company where you will be an important point of contact for our key account customers in the European Economic Area.

Based in our office in Mannheim, Germany and reporting to the Lindy European Sales Manager, you will understand how to successfully develop customer accounts in our key European markets. 

You will work in close co-operation with regional Sales Managers in Germany, France,Italy, Switzerland, Austria, the United Kingdom and Ireland to develop growth strategies and execute effective key account management plans.

You should possess in-depth professional knowledge of the technology and audio visual sectors and have extensive experience, and a proven track record, of developing sales accounts that achieve consistent growth.

We are looking for someone with drive, passion, tenacity and a strong desire to work across different European markets with colleagues from different countries to achieve the Lindy group’s sales targets.
